Non-grata bots on Twitter – After the disclosure last week of the Binance participation in Twitter takeover by Elon Musk, we now know a little more about the terms of agreement. A $500 million check signed by CZ for Elon Musk
Questioned by the press the day after the announcement of his participation in the takeover of Twitter, Changpeng « CZ » Zhao made a few clarifications. He first confirmed the amount of 500 millions the dollars that was already circulating in the media, making Binance the fourth largest contributor among 19 investors who got their hands on the portfolio in this case for a shared amount of 7 billion. As a reminder, the total agreement was for 44 billion dollars.
He then added, not without malice, that the transaction had not been made with cryptocurrencies but with classic currency. But beyond the financial participation, Binance intends to get actively involved in the management of the social network. A spokesperson for the exchange made the following statement:
“Binance is building an internal team to focus on different ways blockchain and crypto could benefit Twitter. We are actively considering plans and strategies that could help Elon Musk achieve his vision. »

Binance takes on bots on Twitter
CZ’s technical teams have announced that they want to develop on-chain solutions to solve one of the platform’s recurring problems, namely the proliferation of fake accounts and robots (the famous bots). These automated software invade the talks and saturate comments, disturbing large accounts as well as small ones.
In addition, these modern parasites regularly promote crypto projects fraudulent, which infuriates the community. Even before the takeover, Elon Musk had expressed its concerns about this and denounced the omnipresence of such spam.
