Big Crypto Ponzi’s Fugitive Principal Still Running

Ruja Ignatova is behind the OneCoin scam. German and Bulgarian, she created this company. The scam guaranteed gargantuan returns in exchange for substantial investments. The project then proposed to its investors to be promoters of the sign in exchange for rewards. The rewards and returns on investments are obviously drawn from the reserves provided by customers thinking of investing.

Justice is still stalking Ruja Ignatova

The platform was not even based not on a blockchain. It thus indicated that the blockchain was “private”. A month later, in June 2022, she joined the top 10 fugitives and most wanted by the FBI. In cavale, the Crypto-queen to disappeared since 2017 and was last seen in Athens.

The former lawyer and the couple will therefore have to answer the charges. Fraud, money laundering, banking crime: in all, these are 335.1 million dollars which would have been manipulated by the accused. But, the main fugitive of the OneCoin Ponzi, one of the most wanted thugs in the world, Ruja Ignatova, is still at large. Justice is therefore always chasing Ponzi scams, and it has not finished chasing them.
